Diamond Fab designs and manufactures ASME pressure vessels per ASME DIV I. We currently maintain the "U", "PP", & "R" stamps as well as the "NB" from the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors allowing repair and registration of an existing unit or register a newly manufactured vessel.

Engineering Design and CAD Services

We use the leading computer aided engineering and design software, (Compress® by Codeware) to assure validation in accordance with ASME Code requirements.

Along with code calculations and 2D drawings. Our abilities allow for export of a complete 3D model that can be incorporated in your project design. 3D solid models can be exported in neutral files ACIS (*.sat), IGES (*iges), STEP (*.step) or Granite (*g) format. This means a seamless integration between the design/fabrication process and our customers final design and installation. The end result is a ASME certified vessel that meets code and customer equirements while eliminating problems during the installation phase of the project.
